Prices
All prices include world wide delivery. World Pictures offers discounts to Danish book stores (through DBK), subscription companies and interior stores, design organisations and educational institutions, who buy larger quantities of books and magazines, i.e. more than 20 copies per order. Students are granted a 10% discount on all orders.

For special offers no further discount is granted. If you want to make use of our 5 copies special offer, feel free to choose 5 copies of the same volume, f.i. 5 copies of the newest edition or 5 different volumes.

Payment
Choose the items you would like to buy and put them in your basket. Continue to the secure payment module. Fill in your name and delivery address. Choose how you would like to pay, either by credit card (Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Elektron, Mastercard/Eurocard, Diners, eller JCB or by money transfer. You will then receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail and at the same time we receive your order. When payment is confirmed your order will be forwarded.

Delivery
Items in stock are sent immediately by ordinary mail. Larger quantities of books or magazines is forwarded by special shipment.
World Pictures takes full responsibiity for the goods until delivery. If the books for some reason cannot be delivered to you and are returned by mail to World Pictures it is no longer our responsibility.

You are always welcome to arrange to pick up the books in our offices in either Jutland or Copenhagen. If you pick up your books or magazines yourself we grant you a discount of 25% of the total order price. Important: Please send us an email or give us a call as to when you are planning to pick up your order - and where.

World Pictures cooperates with DBK meaning that you can also order most of our publications at your local book store and pick it up there. The suggested retail price for the newest edition is DKK 150.-.

Time of delivery
As soon as we have received your payment your order can be dispatched. Normal delivery time for 1 or 2 copies is 2 days within Denmark, 3-4 days in the rest of Scandinavia and Europe, 6-7 days in the rest of the world. If you want us to send your order in another way than by ordinary mail (Post Danmark or IRS), please inform us by separate email.

For our Danish customers only:
Varer bestilt til forsendelse i Danmark sendes med flexlevering, som betyder at pakken kan stilles ved leveringsadressen, f.eks. i carporten, eller ved hoveddøren, hvis der ikke er nogen hjemme ved omdelingstidspunktet.
Skulle pakken komme til skade på grund af flexleveringen, er du dækket i følge reklamationsretten (se længere nede).

By delivery outside the EU the national VAT institution may claims that you pay tax and VAT of your shipment. World Pictures is not responsible for whether the VAT institution claims this amount or not.

Fuld returret og reklamationsret
World Pictures yder 14 dages fuld returret. Hvis du returnerer, skal varerne være i samme stand som ved modtagelsen og gerne ledsaget af en kopi af ordrebekræftelsen. Køb kan fortrydes ved at returnere varen til World Pictures. Fragtudgiften ved at returnere varen, påhviler dig. Såfremt det returnerede opfylder kravene, vil du inden 14 dage modtage en anvisning på det betalte beløb minus portoudgifter, p.t. 45 kr. pr. pakke under 1 kg og kr. 100 op til 20 kg.

Du har 24 måneders reklamationsret. Såfremt du modtager en forkert vare i forhold til din bestilling eller en beskadiget vare, skal du reklarmere inden en rimelig tid, efter du har konstateret manglen. Reklamerer du inden 2 måneder, anses reklamationen for værende rettidig. Reklamationer kan meddeles på telefon 33 13 04 04 eller per e-mail: info@worldpictures. Du kan benytte din reklamationsret ved at sende varen retur eller møde op på vores kontor i Jylland (Ry) eller Sjælland (Bagsværd). Ring gerne eller send os en mail forud, så vi er sikre på at være til stede. Vi betaler din udgift til forsendelse, hvis vi har leveret en forkert eller beskadiget vare. Vi forbeholder os ret til at afhjælpe en mangel/erstatte med en ubeskadiget vare fremfor at betale købesummen tilbage.

Når du handler på worldpictures.dk, gælder dansk rets almindelige købe- og aftaleretlige regler, herunder reglerne om forbrugerkøb. Som forbruger er du derfor beskyttet af den gældende lovgivning på området, dvs. primært Købeloven og Forbrugeraftaleloven.

World Pictures can not be made responsible for something which not under Danish law and jurisdiction.

Privacy
Your personal data such as name, address, telephone number etc is fully confidential and is used only to handle your order. Credit card informations are forwarded to PBS en a safe way and will not be stored by World Pictures. Your personal data will not be forwarded to a third party.
